Have you ever wondered if the protune you paid your hard earned money for was performed by a hack,  quack or someone who actually knew what they were doing?  Did you receive a protune or etune and for some reason things just don't feel right with your car?  Are you looking to have datalogs periodically reviewed but your tuner can't be reached or is to busy? 

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the service for you!

Tune consultation services allow us to use our 15+ years of experience as a Cobb protuner which includes tuning some of the world's fastest subarus as well as thousands of normal street cars to analyze datalogs off your car and make professional recommendations based off your needs. 

Upon purchase of this service you will receive a short questionnaire and the procedure for taking data logs for our review. 

Once our review is complete we will email you with recommendations for tune changes and potentially help with diagnostics of issues with the vehicle as per customer request. Typically each hour block will allow for one to three transactions depending on complexity and length of datalogs. 

Specific issues l we specialize in diagnosing and recommending solutions for: 

• Check engine light
• "GR stumble"
• Overboost/underboost conditions
• High feedback knock or fine knock learn
• DAM drops
• High fuel trims or rich/lean conditions
• Hesitations or rough power delivery
• Loss of power
• Odd noises
• Taco recipes
• and really anything else

Please note that this is not a tuning service. While we may be able to provide etuning and remote tuning services for your vehicle this product is oriented towards vehicle diagnostic support and troubleshooting.
